SAGE Out, FLIK In

Ensworth announced on March 21st that they would be transitioning from SAGE Dining to a new company called FLIK Independent School Dining. Ensworth Chief Financial Officer Beth Pollard shared that “this change comes after careful consideration and evaluation of what is best for our community, including FLIK’s innovative approach to menu creation, enhanced educational opportunities around nutrition and healthy eating, and improved structure and growth opportunities for the food service team.” Pollard also informed faculty that current SAGE employees would be “offered employment opportunities with FLIK. Current employees with Sage Dining, other than Sage managers, are encouraged to apply for positions with FLIK if they are interested in working at Ensworth.”

As the news team browsed FLIK’s social media pages, it became clear that this shift was clearly the best choice available for the school. FLIK (@flikisdining on Instagram) boasts modern, fun dining options for students across the board. Featuring waffle bars, personal pizzas, and event-based meals, we hope that FLIK will bring a renewed vision of culinary expertise to Ensworth.
